( [Warded Private to Self] )
I am afraid I will not be taking the Ministry up on the offer enshrined in the Domestic Precautionary Act. My home is also my business and there are people in and out every day at all hours. It is quite simply not practical for either me or the DMLE. I will not have them running out here at the drop of a hat when I am quite capable of looking after myself.
And to be perfectly honest (and no offence to the fine men and women of the DMLE), I am far more inclined to trust my wards and my brother's wards than anything they could do. The perogative of the elderly one might say.
